Well, hello world! My name is Joey Larsen (*formerly Joey Romer) and welcome to my newly rebuilt place within the expanses of the Interwebs. I am a Graphic and Web Designer working professionally since mid-2009.

Though I am a San Diego native, I have a newfound penchant for travel and have lived in many different places around the world. They tell you that, "Home is where the heart is," but, I'd like to think no matter where I am, my heart found a home in the design world. I love what it is that I do, from simple pondering to actual development, and then on to eventual production. It's a process that keeps you thinking, keeps you wondering, and keeps surprising you. What more could you want in an industry?

I have a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design from AiCA-SD, and a Certificate in Web Publishing from the UCSD-Extension Program. Over the course of these past years I've worked on a variety of graphic and web UI/UX projects that you can see samples of below. Please feel free to look around and see what there is to see here. Be sure the check back often, as it is always a "work-in-progress" and I'll be making changes as much as I am able.
